1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees are wearing their masks below their nose or on their chin, and a trainer has be told 2 to 3 times by management to wear their mask correctly, but the trainer continues to wear it incorrectly without any repercussion. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the employer's establishment. Gym members are wearing their masks below their nose or on their chin and staff do not enforce the mandate. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 social distancing measures between gym members when they gather together in crowds throughout the establishment.
