1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees being allowed to quarantine at home after coming in close contact with a coworker that has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The CDC contacted the employees to inform all employees via text message on 12/08/2020 that they would be required to quarantine at home until 12-13-2020.
