1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. There is no enforcement of the face covering mandate. Employees remove masks to talk to one another. 2. Employees who test positive for COVID-19 are allowed to come back to work and work closely with other employees before being cleared by a negative test result. Employees are required to sign a document stating they must come to work regardless of showing symptoms or who have had potential exposure to COVID-19.
