1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring employees to stay home if they are symptomatic. Employees are working while coughing, sneezing, and exhibiting other symptoms, and the employer stated that they can continue working as long as they are wearing their masks and social distancing. 2. The employer was notified of an employee having been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 and required the employee to continue working, potentially exposing other employees. 3. The employer does not provide disinfectants for employees to ensure that high touch surfaces are frequently cleaned and sanitized to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 4. The employer is allowing large groups of families to enter the facility at one time for service, exposing employees to the inability to social distance properly at all times.
