1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees testing positive at the workplace. There are approximately 15 employees that tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer has not deep cleaned or disinfected the facility or the employees' workstations. 2. Employees are provided with testing for COVID-19 on site and it takes approximately one week for the test results to come back, in the meantime, employees continue working potentially exposing other employees to COVID-19 if they are asymptomatic.
