1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. An employee was diagnosed with COVID-19 and the employer has yet to have the business cleaned and sanitized. 2. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer did not inform employees of possible exposure or provide potentially exposed employees with the option to get tested for COVID-19.
