1. The employer is not following the guidelines for COVID-19. Social distancing is not enforced. Multiple employees are in the same cubicle. The cubicles are also too close together and the walls are too low. 2. The building ventilation is not sufficient. There have been 5 positive COVID-19 cases in one week. 3. High risk employees are not allowed to telework which is causing the office to be overcrowded. 4. The kitchen sink does not have a soap dispenser.
