The employer is not complying with the Governor's covid-19 mask mandate for persons/patrons to wear face coverings while in the Employer's business establishment. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's covid-19 social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between persons/patrons in public spaces. 5. No covid-19 policies or procedures have ever been developed and implemented by the employer. One employee recently tested positive, but there are no procedures in place to handle this. 6.
