1. At the jobsite located near East Twain Avenue and Paradise Road, the employer is not providing employees with face covers, potentially exposing employees to COVID-19 hazards. 2. There is concern that that employees are being subject to racial/sexual harassment. 3. The employer is not providing tools, supplies, and PPE to employees by claiming that they are independent contractors. 4. The employer is not requiring employees to obtain OSHA 10-hour cards. 5.
