Located at the facility, on 1/31/21, a patient started feeling sick and had a fever. The patient was not isolated and was still interacting with employees and patients. The patient was given a COVID-19 test which came back positive. Other patients started exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms and later tested positive. During this time employees were still required to work with the sick patients which exposed them to the spread of COVID-19. The employer did not allow employees who were exposed to COVID-19 to quarantine.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 20
