Alleged Hazard(s) 1. Two employees who came into contact with a person outside of the workplace that was positive for COVID-19 were allowed to continue working. 2. An employee was tested after displaying COVID-19 symptoms. He was allowed to come back to work. 3. The manager informed employees on 12-2-2020 at approximately 5:58 pm of an employee testing positive for COVID-19 after employees worked alongside the infected employee. 4. Manager requires employees to work after someone tested positive worksite. 5. Employer did not a COVID-19 test.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 15
