T8CCR §5199 Employer is not providing staff with clean mouth and nose coverings on a daily basis. Patients are not screened at the door for symptoms of CoViD-19. Employer is not enforcing safe-distancing protocols in the office by limiting the number of patients in the waiting room. Some patients wait out of the hall and the building management has notified the employer that they should not do this. The overcrowding is due to overscheduling. Some patients in the waiting room are only covering their mouths but are leaving their noses exposd..Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 10
