An employee tested positive for Covid-19 and dealership does not want to let the rest of personnel know even though various employees have been exposed. They refuse to clean/disinfect area. Manager does no want to allow employees to quarantine regardless of exposure. Manager also does not want to allow employees to get tested because she claims Covid is in the air, everyone will test positive." Employees continue to operate customer's vehicles while being serviced, potentially exposing client to Covid-19. T8CCR§3203 No effective safety guidelines for Covid-19 or precautions to protect employees working at the facility. Employees exposed to Covid-19 not quarantined.
