T8CCR §3203(a) There are over 500 employee who travel to and from the various sites and seven have tested positive for SARS/CoV-2. Management has not provided means to allow for physical distancing or followed any of the guidelines to prevent exposure to SARS/CoV-2 to keep employees and prevent the spread of SARS/CoV-2. Employees travelling to and from the various locations have continued to do so during the pandemic and this has caused many employees as well as clients to contract CoViD-19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 6
