T8CCR 3205 No Covid-19 Prevention Plan in place Employer is not taking actions to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the workplace, as well as take actions in confirmed cases of Covid cases in the workplace. Employer is not sanitizing the building and restrooms. In addition, Employer has had over 40 positive Covi-19 infections at this location and does not notify reaming staff of the exposure.

Lighter smoke set. This lighter was suppose to be a rechargeable plasma lighter. It is not it is a very dangerous butane refilled lighter that shoots flams a foot high or more. Again I say this is a very dangerous lighter capable of severely burning people and catching something on fire
