T8CCR 3203(a)(4) There was one worker who was really sick, he attempted to go home due to illness and they did not allow him to, due to not wanting to stop production. The days went by and another coworker started feeling really sick. He decided to call off work and go to Urgent Care that is where he tested positive for Covid. Work bosses were very angry because he called off. Therefore, when he told them that he had Covid to advise the rest of my coworkers for safety purposes. Couple of days later they started telling employees that he tested positive due to going with his family. Although, no one form his family had tested positive but himself. Employees walked out of work and went to get tested, 6 of them came back positive with Covid. Which they are still currently working due to company not wanting to pay time off work and not wanting to stop production. This made workers uncomfortable due to getting sick.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 13
