Description of complaint: Multiple types of chemicals are stored improperly in bunkers causing a fire hazard. 1. The employer did not ensure that chemicals which are incompatible are separated from each other by distance, dikes, partitions, berms or other secondary containment to ensure they do not make contact with each other. Ref T8CCR 5164(a). Description of complaint: Inadequate personal protective equipment for employees applying chemical resin and employees working in and around the application of the chemicals. Employer provides inadequate respiratory protection PPE required for applying chemical resins. 2. The employer did not furnish employees with the proper Personal Protective Equipment required for the task. Ref T8 CCR 3380(f)(1)(A)(B)(C) 3. The employer did not furnish employees with proper respiratory protection equipment to protect the employees' health while applying chemicals which emit harmful vapors/fumes. Ref T8 CCR 5144(a)(2) Description of complaint: Employer is not excluding employees from the workplace who were exposed to a known COVID-19 case. 4. The employer did not give notice to employees on their exposure to a COVID-19 positive case. Ref T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)3. Description of complaint: Employer is not notifying employees of their potential exposure to a known COVID-19 case. 5.
