1. The employer failed to clean and disinfect areas, material and equipment used by a COVID-19 case during the high-risk exposure period. After a number of employees tested positive for COVID-19 while in the workplace, the employer is only using disinfecting spray and is not thoroughly cleaning commonly touched surfaces and areas used by the COVID-19 cases in the workplace. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)3. 2. The employer failed to exclude both employee(s) who were confirmed COVID-19 case(s) from the workplace as well as employees who were exposed to confirmed COVID-19 case(s).
