1. Employees are exposed to health hazards in the form of COVID-19 while working in the bank. Employee(s) that have informed employer of symptoms and left work to be tested were allowed to return to work and work alongside other employees. Other employees tested positive after this event. Contrary to OSH Act Section 5(a)(1). 2. Employees are exposed to potentially violent situations, to include assault and robbery, while exchanging/refilling cash at outdoor freestanding ATM. No guard is in attendance while this work operation occurs. Contrary to OSH Act Section 5(a)(1).Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 15
