Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with poor sanitation. It was reported that employees are required to work without access to potable water. Employer has failed to provide proper access to sanitation facilities. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.141. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented workplace precautions such as but not limited to enforcing cleaning and disinfecting, social distancing and proper use of PPE in the workplace in accordance with CDC guidelines.
