1. Employees are potentially exposed to slip and trip hazards. It was reported that large boxes in the workplace are not orderly and block egress routes in the workplace. Employer did not ensure walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.22 & 1910.37. 2. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that the employer has not implemented workplace procedures such as but not limited to enforcing cleaning and disinfecting, social distancing and limiting amount of people in the workplace in accordance with CDC guidelines. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 25
