1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that employees are not required to wear masks or maintain social distance wherever feasible. Additionally, it was reported that health screenings are not completed before employees start work, and hand sanitizer is not provided. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2) Employees are potentially exposed to safety hazards regarding lack of personal protective equipment (PPE). It was reported that employees are not provided the appropriate PPE for their work, and they have not been trained on proper use of PPE.
