Safety Report: Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, HALLMARK CARDS INCORPORATED, 101 MCDONALD DR., LAWRENCE, KS, 66044, USA

An employee came to work knowing his significant other was being tested for COVID. He lied when screened to enter, they ask if you had contact with anyone waiting results. Employee worked half of his shift talking to everyone in the department, at least 3-4 of the people did not wear masks including the employee. Employee got a text saying significant other tested positive and left shortly after. Management did not check to see who all he was in contact with. Only checked with employee, gave that employee some wipes and told them to wipe down their machine and keep working. Following Monday the first employee that left tested positive. Now management is not even checking to see who else is positive in the department. We are just suppose to keep working knowing anyone could be spreading COVID thru the department and possibly the rest of the factory. Mainly because people are scared of being off work for 2 weeks with no pay.
