Facility is not protecting staff and patients from Covid. Not abiding to CDC guidelines in regards to Covid-19. Patient and staff not wearing proper PPE. As per CDC guidelines everyone should cover their mouth and nose with a mask when in public settings or around others. Not adhering to the six feet distance guidelines.
