The employer is not requiring or enforcing the wearing of face coverings for all employees. 2. The employer does not have protocols in place that allow for adequate physical distancing of staff when working in shared spaces. 3. The employer has not communicated the contents of their COVID-19 Preparedness Plan to employees.
