1. Employees working in the warehouse are not being held to the standard of wearing face coverings. 2. Employees in the office are not working remotely when able. Most employees in the office can work from home in the majority of circumstances but are required to report to work on site. 3. Employees are not being notified when other employees they have been in contact with were tested and found to be COVID positive. 4.
