1. Employer is not requiring the proper wearing of masks by employees working at our Millington location. 2. Initially, management was requiring masks of meat room employees and in main shared spaces, but not of office personnel in shared offices. 3. Employees are either wearing masks below their noses at best or just keeping them around their necks at worst. This is not an occasional issue, it is an all-day every day. We work in a small facility where social distancing is not physically possible.
