'- Emergency Shower/Eye wash stations are not being properly maintained. Outdated eyewash solution and poor water pressure in shower. Emergency exit lighting inoperative. Windows leaking causing moisture/mold buildup. (Brown Crew Room) - Fire extinguishers are out of date and not being properly maintained. (All Locations) - First Aid kits are empty and not being properly maintained. (All Locations) - Fire Exit Door at Manifest crew room on-duty location is broken and will not close/operate as intended. (Manifest crew room) - Lighting within PB rail yard is not being properly maintained. Numerous lights are out and causing hazardous working conditions.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
