1. Proper equipment/tools is not available to perform jobs. Three employees were injured using a cut off wheel to cut steel instead of a saw. 2. The toilet paper is locked up and there is no hand soap and not enough toilets. 3. There is no actual COVID-19 check point at the location employee come in and go to work with no temps taking or any other precautions. 4. There has been confirmed cases in the company but they keep it secret. 5. There is no cleaning performed when a confirmed case is known. 6. A management employee does not have a face mask that fits.
