1. An employee was tested for COVID-19 and worked for the next two days until their test results came back which were positive. 2. Employees were told that they have sanitized the shop, but minimum effort was put into cleaning. 3. Some employees showed symptoms of the virus, yet nothing was done. An employee's relative tested positive and the employee remained in the shop and then left after not feeling well. Another worker vomited and then left. Another employee lost the ability to smell. 4.
