1. Therapists are not required to wear masks when providing one-on-one autism therapy to children, except in the general area. Employees were told by multiple supervisors that masks are not required when in the rooms providing therapy. 2. There are multiple therapists without masks providing therapy to children within arm's length as company's policy. 3. Temperature screening is being conducted upon entering the facility. However, management is not monitoring whether or not temperature monitoring is being done correctly. 4. The toys in the play areas are not being sanitized appropriately.
