1. Employees returned to work 6/11/2020 and employees have been asking the following with no answer except it's being worked on: - what is the office protocol for COVID-19? - what do they need to do if a family member or one of the patients is positive what do they need to do? 2. An employee had tested positive on 9-1-20 and they did not notify employees or closed the office to clean and disinfect. 3. There was a positive patient that came and was seen the Saturday before and nothing was done about it. 4.
