1. The dentist told patients that he will not follow the protocols that are currently set in place (Executive Order 2020-17). He is triple booking his schedule which doesn't allow for a good distance between patients. The dentist is trying to get as many patients on the schedule in a day regardless of the staff's well-being. 2. Dental work was performed on a patient exhibiting covid-19 symptoms. 3. Staff has been instructed to reuse disposable gowns and to reuse masks as much as possible. 4. The dentist is staffing 6 people in the office at a time just to extend how many patients he can see. 5.
