1. Medical Assistants are being told to work in unsafe and unsanitary environment and to swab patients onsite at our office building. They have not been properly prepared and trained on how to appropriately don PPE and to swab patrons correctly. 2. There are no policies in place and Medical Assistants have received threats of instant termination or being sent home without pay for being insubordinate.
