'- Hardly any social distancing, especially in the breakroom, no sanitizing of breakroom or of the machines in the plant. Employees are mostly worried about other employees who have been diagnosed as positive and are being told by management that they need to return to work before the 10 days. - Employees exposed to co-workers and not being told to self quanantine. - Many of the employees are afraid to say anything about feeling sick and wanting days off because they fear that they will be fired or because they won't be paid for the missed days. - The breakroom is usually packed with no social distancing. None of the vending machines or tables are sanitized between shift breaks or lunch nor sanitized at the end of the day. Restrooms are not sanitized. - Social distancing is not provided between workers from different machines and we have temporary workers who come and go without being properly protected.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-15
