Clients are instructed to remain in parking lot and text stylist when you arrived. Stylist said that masks were required in waiting area and optional while in her chair. When a client was texted that it was their time to enter, they followed the stylists' instructions. Once inside, 5-6 people in waiting area with no masks. 2 female stylists and their clients with masks on. 3 male barbers (1 of which was the owner) and their clients with no masks. When a stylist was questioned, she apologized and said owner does not comply with mandate and she is helpless to do anything. She also said others have filed complaints/reported and she is afraid of being closed down and losing business but that owner refuses to comply because he "thinks it is all stupid".Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-08-06
