1. On or about January 18, 2021, the company held a large in-person meetings inside conference rooms onsite. The employer did not comply with OSHA and CDC guideline as employees were not required to wear masks/face coverings. Over 50 employees have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks. Applicable OSHA Standard(s): 29 CFR OSH Act 5a1 2. Employees are being exposed to COVID-19 as the employer is not notifying staff of positive COVID cases and not requiring employees to follow quarantine protocols per OSHA and CDC guidelines. Applicable OSHA Standard(s): 29 CFR OSH Act 5a1 February 4, 2021 (Addendum) 3. Third Floor, Collaboration Center. Employees working in close proximity in unfinished office area are exposed to contracting the COVID-19 virus due to inadequate ventilation and not wearing masks.
