1. Tape around bathrooms inside of the facility including a lock on all bathrooms with management able to access the facilities, but not regular employees. 2. Employees only have access to hand sanitizer after using the restroom at the portable facilities. 3. Employees who choose to wash their hands after using the portable restrooms must touch handles and door knobs before reaching the breakroom. 4. COVID-19 protocols are not being followed in relation to the portable toilets.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 200
