1. Employees could be exposed to hazards in case of fire or other emergency requiring evacuation, due to exit doors being blocked by forklifts and stacks of wood about 16 feet high. 2. There does not appear to be any fire extinguishers in the facility. 3. Kerosene and hydraulic oil containers are not stored in a cabinet. 4. A wall inside the facility is bowed and appears as if its strength could be compromised, such that it could fail. 5. Electrical panels and breaker boxes are obstructed, and some have been damaged, due to stacks of lumber being stored close to them. 6. Some hydraulic hoses on the forklifts are leaking fluid. 7. Employees could be inhaling exhaust fumes, due to there being no ventilation, and the (2) propane powered forklifts being operated, inside the building, constantly. 8. Forklift operators are not trained/certified as required. 9. One or more employees who had to get tested for the COVID-19 virus were instructed to continue working while waiting for the test result.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-25
