1. The employer is allowing used personal protective equipment such as gowns used to treat COVID-19 patients to be placed in the garbage bags in that, the bags are left open, exposing employees to health hazards such as but not limited to COVID-19. 2. The employee is allowing buckets with bodily fluids to be left out on the floor in the waste closets , exposing employees to bodily fluids. 3. The employer is not emptying the biohazards container when they are full, exposing employees to biological waste. 4. The employer is not sanitizing the rooms, exposing employees to health hazards such as but not limited to COVID-19.
