Location: 41 Slater Drive, Elmwood, NJ Allegation 1) Housekeeping is very poor in the entire building, including, but not limited to the following areas, specimen laboratory and the employees' cafeteria. Allegation 2) Management and employees are allegedly not following CDC guidelines to wear face coverings when working in the laboratory. The employer does not follow CDC guidelines to prevent the spread and transmission of COVID-19 in the work place. Allegation 3) Employees are not provided with disinfectants to clean and sanitize work surfaces to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Allegation 4) Employees are not provided with face shields to protect against splash hazards from opening incoming specimen bags. Allegation 5) There is no social distancing in the workplace. The employer does not enforce social distancing per CDC guidance to prevent the spread and transmission of COVID-19. Location: 481 Corporate Drive, Elmwood Park Allegation 1) The employer did not clean and disinfect the workplace after employees who test positive for COVID-19. Allegation 2) There is no social distancing in the workplace.
