Since the first site of COVID, this company has not taken it seriously. No one has been required or even asked to wear masks, social distance, sanitize, etc. for the past 10 months. The hazards I see are people not wearing masks or social distancing. There are often meetings with upwards of 20 people in them and no one wears masks. The only thing I have seen done is the receptionist goes around at the end of the day and sanitizes door handles but that is literally the only precaution they are taking. We have many people coming into the office everyday that are all set up to work remotely but upper management won't allow it. We have over 45 people coming into the office daily. We also have people traveling from out of state coming into our office often. Even the people working in this office often travel out of state and no one is required to get tested or quarantine before coming back into the office. In addition these people traveling are going into our senior living communities while not taking any precautions regularly. To my understanding our communities require and follow all state guidelines however our corporate offices are not what so ever. Additional complaint received on 01/07/2021: Head Office - located in downtown Olympia. Disregard for public safety and COVID regulation. No remote work allowed. Remote work was expressly denied by upper management and president/CEO. Office is running at 100% capacity, all employees are required to be in the office everyday. No work from home availability for any office worker. Office employees, management and especially the President/CEO is not required to wear masks. Upper management does not wear masks. All employees are required to be in the office everyday, no consideration for social distancing or reduced staff numbers within the office. Complete disregard for Gov. Inslee COVID recommendations and mandates over work space safety, and mask requirements.
