1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a minimum 6-feet of separation between persons/patrons in public spaces. 5. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining 50% occupancy at all times. 6. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high touch contact points. 7. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 must quarantine for fourteen days.
