1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. The employer does not require employees to wear masks at the establishment. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for employees who test positive for COVID-19. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and was required to work. 3. There are live events taking place potentially exposing customers and employees to COVID-19 hazards. Customers are coming to the bar to drink and hear live music.
