1. Failure to comply with the mandate for employees to wear face coverings. 2. Failure to comply with social distancing measures by maintaining a minimum six-foot distance between employees in public spaces. 3. The employer does not screen employees entering the facility for Covid-19. 4. The employer does not provide face coverings for employees. 5. The employer does not clean and sanitize touch points for Covid-19. 6. In the coating department, the ventilation does not work and burnt plastic overwhelms the area. 7. The employer does not provide adequate personal protective equipment for arms and face for the coating area. Employees have had splashes of the coating on their body and it is toxic.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 1
