1. Employer does not enforce face coverings. Signs do say wear masks but no one is complying with signs. 2. There is no social distancing practiced. 3. ER does take temperatures in the morning. 4. Three employees have tested positive for COVID-19. 5. Employees were not told of co-workers testing positive and as a result may have exposed family members. 6. Employer has not offered test to potentially exposed employees.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 12
