T8CCR 3205(c)(7)- Masks are required, but not everyone wears them and the use of masks is not always enforced and masks aren't always provided. T8CCR 3205(c)(11)- There isn't always hand soap in the restroom. T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(B)- The forklift operator was not wearing a mask and was coughing and appeared to have COVID-19 symptoms while there were other employees present. T8CCR 3205(c)(6)- Social distancing is not being enforced and three people have tested positive for COVID-19 as of January.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
