T8CCR 3205(a)(7) - Masks are required but not properly used. Employees pull the mask down below the nose and there is not enforcement. T8CCR 3205(a)(2)(C) - Employees are showing up sick to work. If you don't have a fever you have to work. An employee showed up to work sick on 01/18/21 and worked the full shift, then tested positive for COVID-19 on 01/19/21. T8CCR 3205(a)(3)(B)(4) - The employer did not facilitate COVID-19 test during work hours. T8CCR 3205(a)(6) - Employees are not maintaining 6 feet social distance. During re-work, multiple employees will work on a single pallet of product to remove, replace, and review the product on the pallet. Employee's are working in close proximity to one another.
