T8CCR 5199 - Hospital accepting patients without a COVID-19 test and allowed to freely roam the facility while test results we pending. Also without adequate PPE as well as isolation room. Multiple patients ended up COVID-19 positive which then infected more around them. The hospital has recently resumed accepting patients without a COVID-19 test and another employee has recently tested positive. Staff has never received a single notification of an exposure from a positive co-worker or patient. No testing has ever been offered for anyone exposed either.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
