Title 8, CCR §3205 - Especially in the morning, there are 15 people in the office downstairs and they are not 6 feet apart and there are no barriers. Some employees have tested positive for COVID-19. The employer is not implementing safe COVID procedures (e.g. not cleaning properly, no temperature checks, etc.) There was a previous complaint and management received a letter from Cal/OSHA but management did nothing to correct the problems.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 15
